Spaghetti Al'Arrabiata

Delicious, spicy asta dish. Add more dried chilli if you want a real kick


  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 50g wholemeal breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped basil
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 dried red chillies, one kept whole and one crumbled
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 red onion, finely sliced
  • 2 x 400g cans cherry tomatoes
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 350g spaghetti
