Finally watched it all and what a brilliant series. It does have its flaws undoubtedly and it is style over substance feeling at some points, but in general it pushed all the right buttons for me.

Thinking about it and why it worked so great for me, it is just that I loved and cared about every single character in there.

Great show, great cast, great writing and the dress and prop department are top drawer. Paul Anderson (Arthur) is unbelievable, he is so absurdly violent but not once do I think he is over the top, plays a psychotic well.

I keep eyeing this on Netflix but not sure if it is for me or not. Maybe should watch a few episodes and see if it clicks.
