Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury have agreed financial terms on a two-fight deal, says promoter Eddie Hearn

Two fight deal agreed with Tyson and Joshua next year! Excellent news, will be a cracking build-up and a decent set of fights.

Anyone watch Canelo vs Saunders?

BJS gave a good account of himself up to the stoppage. Crushing to finish on the stool, but it was the right decision if the reports of the orbital bone are true.

I can't see anyone beating Canelo. If he fights Caleb Plant he will destroy him and with it unify the division.
Good fight. Saunders became more confident as it went on. Correct decision to withdraw, you don't fight the like of Canelo with one eye, could end up doing irreversible harm.

Tyson Fury has been ordered to fight Deontay Wilder for a third time, casting doubt over a proposed August super fight with Anthony Joshua.

Fury, 32, won the WBC world heavyweight title from Wilder in a rematch in February 2020 after an initial draw.
The pair were due to fight again but delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic prompted Fury to seek an alternative.

On Monday a US judge ruled in mediation that Wilder has a right to face Fury for a third time before 15 September.

Wilder doesn’t even want the fight IMO he just wants step aside money, and now we’re going to wait months while Fury and Joshua negotiate what % of the purse each pay and how much the step aside is, and who agrees to what etc.

Would be quicker if Fury v Wilder happened and winner fights AJ, but just don’t see Wilder taking the fight and instead the negotiations will take forever and ruin the fight.

If the Fury vs Joshua fight does not happen on 4th August it may not ever happen (at least not while they hold belts).

If Wilder wants the Fury fight, I expect we hear him starting to mouth of to the press soon. Hopefully his silence speaks volumes and he is happy to take a cheque for stepping aside.

Why was this even with an arbitrator? The contract period was over, they should have made him sue Fury in court if he wanted that.

Honestly, just drop the WBC title in a bin at the AJ-Fury press conference, Medusa style.

Fury vs Wilder 3 is set for July 24. Looks like Joshua could be fighting Usyk next as he's the WBO mandatory challenger. 50/50 at best that both Fury and Joshua win, and move on immediately.

Looking forward to Taylor v Ramirez tomorrow night. Two undefeated Champions going for all the marbles. Well worth getting up for!

Anthony Joshua has been ordered by the WBO to defend his championship against mandatory challenger Oleksandr Usyk in his next fight.

The WBO gave Joshua 48 hours, until Friday May 21, to salvage his fight with Fury or he would be ordered to face Usyk.

Well done Josh Taylor.

Undisputed champ. Not too many of them around.

Fantastic stuff. Unfortunately I couldn't watch the fight but I'm delighted to hear this. Great for Taylor and for boxing in general. Here's hoping he and Crawford can get something sorted. Surely Taylor must be given more recognition now? He hasn't the brash exuberance of the top British heavyweights but his achievements are remarkable.
