His other credits include both Lara Croft: Tomb Raider and its sequel, Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life, as well as The Last Castle, Roland Emmerich’s The Patriot, Mystery Men, The Thirteenth Floor, Blade, Anaconda, Murder in the First, Where the Day Takes You, and 3 Ninjas. He served as art director on Poetic Justice and Philadelphia Experiment II and was assistant art director on Son in Law. His commercial work includes Mercedes Benz, Infinity, Honda, Nissan, Silk, MTV, PNC, T-Mobile, Cheetos, AT&T, Nike-Dicks, Boys and Girls Club, Target, Duncan Doughnuts, Directv, Victoria’s Secret, Chase, and Hallmark.  Raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Kirk attended PennState University,y where he studied film,graphic design,n and illustration, ultimately receiving a degreein film.  He also studied the art of Steadicam operation at the Rockport Film andTelevision Workshop.  He gained his experience in the film business in a variety of production jobs, including camera,set design,n and set decoration.
