    Toilet Attendants in Pubs/Clubs

    Numerous pubs and nightclubs that I have visited have an attendant in the toilet (at weekends in particular) handing out paper towels instead of allowing people to use a hand dryer or help themselves to the towels. They also have a vast selection of Eau de toilettes, deodorants, lollipops...
