I think it looks pretty good.

Definitely seems to be going for an earnest, wonder and awe story approach as opposed to the more cynical vibes in Depp's outing.

The original is one of my favourite films, the Depp remake was IMHO shockingly bad.

I finally watched Wonka yesterday. I'm a big fan of the original movie, but Wonka turned out to be also good. Enjoyed it.
