Avengers: Doomsday (2026) Movie Thread

Marvel currently doing some long drawn-out reveal of the Avengers Doomsday cast, revealing a new cast member every 10-15 minutes (just showing one of those actor/director chairs with their name on the back).

Revealed so far: Chris Hemsworth, Vanessa Kirby, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Letitia Wright, Paul Rudd, Wyatt Russell, Tenoch Huerta Mejia, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Simu Liu, Florence Pugh, Kelsey Grammer, Lewis Pullman, Danny Ramirez, Joseph Quinn, David Harbour, Winston Duke, Hannah John-Kamen, Tom Hiddleston, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Alan Cumming, and Rebecca Romijn.

That means Thor, Sue Storm, Sam Wilson, Bucky Barnes, Shuri, Scott Lang, John Walker, Namor, Ben Grimm, Shang-Chi, Yelena Belova, Hank McCoy (aka Beast), possibly-but-not-definitely Sentry, Joaquin 'The Falcon' Torres, Johnny 'The Human Torch' Storm, Red Guardian, M'Baku, Ghost, Loki, Professor X, Magneto, Nightcrawler, and Fox's Mystique are all set to appear in the next major Marvel team-up. Intriguingly, this indicates several survivors from the upcoming Thunderbolts*. Plus, you'll expect more of the Fantastic Four to be named here.

So we're apparently getting 4 trailers this month. 3 are character teases and one is the actual teaser. Apparently Cap, Thor and obviously RDJ return and from what I'm reading, it's being treated as a direct sequel to Endgame.

[Power Ant]

This will be a glorious mess. Doom is meant to be bigger than Thanos, so it's a shame there's been no buildup to his threat like the Infinity Saga.
