    2. Delicious Local Food:

    - Flying Fish and Cou Cou: The national dish of Barbados, consisting of fried fish with a cornmeal and okra-based dish.
    - Macaroni Pie: A Bajan specialty, this baked dish combines pasta, cheese, and often includes other ingredients like bacon or corned beef.

We stayed near Holetown and had a good time despite a downpour that flooded the 1st floor rooms and washed away the altar where people got married.

The locals were brilliant, the beach was literally on our doorstep, was humid at night but they said that wasn't normal.

I was there in 2019 so things might have changed a little.

We hired a Moke and also used the reggae buses. They were great fun.

Stayed at St Lawrence Gap. Nice beaches and plenty decent places for meals.

Nice place if you want a relaxed chill out kind of holiday.
