My younger brother had The Crossing and I used to listen to it quite a bit. Wonderful band and, yeah, wish they had been bigger.
Never got the acclaim they deserved, in my opinion. Chance and Wonderland also tremendous singles.
The Skids and Big Country were fantastic, Stuart Adamson made a huge contribution to the music of the time. RIP
