How is your eyesight? Do you need glasses to read?

Is too much reading bad for our eyes?

I don't wear glasses for reading but I do wear them (or contacts) for distances.

Most of my reading is done on a tablet or computer screen and although I can reading perfectly without glasses I do feel the strain on my eyes is more than it would be with paper documents.
