Since the lockdown came into force I think I've put on over a stone in weight. This can be attributed to less activity due to the gym being closed, less walking at work (still working but not out at sites) and definitely eating too much.

Anyone else feel or know they've gained weight during lockdown or have you actually lost weight?

I've lost about two stone, but my circumstances are pretty rubbish at the moment so I'm not particularly hungry.

I'm generally still getting 10,000 steps in per day.

About a 2 stone gain ?

I went from being active 6 days a week, walking the 2km to work every day to eating out of boredom and driving everywhere for work.

I put on about 1kg. I find it almost impossible to lose even a bit of weight so there is a good chance it will be kept. It's probably because of higher alcohol consumption and a lot of barbequing. I suspect my muscle mass increased so it is not all bad.

Was 94kg when it began but I've pulled it back to 90-91kg thanks to a lot of online core work and cycling/turbo sessions.

Would be even less only for the way we're splurging at the weekends.

Gained a full stone.

With my usual routine out the window I've become aimless. No gym, no walking to work. Indulging in cans and junk food a little too often. Got a fitness tracker band two weeks ago, to at least try a minimum of 10k steps per day, and am now logging all calories on an app.

Probably wont make much of a difference until the gyms are back and with them, my motivation returns

I "look" the same weight. I don't have scales at home so I can't confirm. I used to weigh myself in the gym where a weight gain was "ahhh that be the extra muscle" :p

I'm snacking more, this I DO notice, think it's a boredom thing. I'm exercising more though, bundles of time, energy, good weather (until this week) so hitting the park daily, maybe twice with the longer evenings it's open till 9.pm which is brilliant. Got a good exercise bike, weights, resistance bands, a mat and one or two other gizmos so I've had no shortage of opportunity to keep improving my fitness, killing boredom, enjoying it and hopefully more fit, decent healthy weight and healthy for it.

I'm down about 11 pounds, through calorie counting, no exercise.
