What software is everyone using for photography?

I mostly use Lightroom but I'm not sure if it is the best and simplest in term of editing.

I also use Lightroom and with Photoshop if there's any heavy lifting to be done. Luckily, Eily get a full Adobe Creative Cloud sub through her work :)
