Not really, some telescoping was necessary I guess.

It is very good though.

We watched this over the festive period and really enjoyed it.

It is almost three hours long and a wonderful adaptation of the book. Don't let the fact that this movie is in French with subtitles put you off. It is a very detailed and faithful film whose cinematography is astounding.
