If you need /want to see a doctor face to face you should be able to.
Face to face isn't always required but I've been trying to get an appointment for a face to face for 3 months now with no luck. Haven't even managed to get past the receptionist on the phone.
I'm shite on the phone so struggle to be honest mate. Have ended up hanging up a couple of times because it feels like an interrogation.
I find a formal complaint to the practice manager works. Three months is a scandal.

I've seen a doctor a couple of times during the pandemic, if they triage and you really need to see a doctor face to face it will happen at most surgeries
