The post invites community interaction but could benefit from more detailed descriptions of the beer and personal preferences. It's somewhat clear but feels low-effort and lacks deeper engagement with the topic.

Bit of a random mix someone gave to me a while back that had been sitting in the fridge for the last few weeks.

Siege Pale Ale - pretty good, have had a few of their beers recently and while not flashy they're always nice and fresh.
Heaney's Way Over Yonder - unremarkable amber ale.
Hopcity Hopbit IPA -mediocre IPA that is perhaps too strong at 7.5%, might be nicer at a lower abv.
Wylam Cycles of Amplification - pick of the bunch, 7.5% and doesn't feel like it at all. Very nice stuff

Tom

Lost Cosmonauts DDH IPA (ABV 6.0%) by North Brewing while watching the football tonight.

Taste of pineapple, citrus, grapefruit, peach and some melon as well.

Absolutely lovely stuff.

On a Belgian kick at the moment. Orval, Kwak and Trappist Rochefort - lovely stuff ?

Do people ever find Belgian ales too sweet?

I have often seen added sugar as an ingredient.

Has anyone tried the new Wicklow Wolf collaboration with Yellowbelly? Sunshine & Showers. Perfect name for the conditions this week. It's a blood orange New England IPA, 7.2%, hazy, and dangerously drinkable.

A few cans of Joker IPA from Williams Bros Brewing tonight. Lovely beer that is just a good old fashioned hoppy IPA.

Unfashionably Late from Hawkshead Brewery. A DDH hazy IPA. Really impressed with this, tropical fruits with a good bitter taste. Can't complain at all. A strong beer, coming in at ABV 7.4% but doesn't taste too strong at all.

Double Punk. Very nice DIPA from Brewdog, coming in at 8.2% ABV.

Went for a Belgian beer last night as it has been some time, Cornet Oaked (Brouwerij Palm) 8.5% typical Belgian styled blonde beer. Really enjoyed this one.

Northern Tropics - Tropical IPA from Northern Monks.

A perfect mixture of the best tropical fruits - mango, pineapple and papaya. Quality craft beer from Northern Monks
