- 200 g radishes, trimmed and coarsely grated
- 200 g trimmed mange tout, thinly sliced lengthways
- ½ cucumber, trimmed, halved, deseeded and cut into matchsticks
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 400 g tuna steaks
