New track layout (right image) this year - they've gotten rid of some slow corners towards the end of the lap after the turn 15 bend. Will make for a faster lap and looks like it might be an overtaking opportunity.

Both Red Bulls off the pace, some work to do for FP3 where it will be hot.

Could this be the end of the winning run for Red Bull and Verstappen?

Do we think that Red Bull genuinely won't be at the top? Or will they figure set up out and eventually be top? What surprised me was that even in race trim it wasn't the fastest. So it seems like they've finally got a genuine scrap on their hands and a lot of work to do to end up top in either qualifying or the race.

Big shunt from Stroll in Q1, hopefully he hasn't hurt himself at all.

Norris with a near miss from that flying tire

Out in Q2

So after the biggest shock of Q2 this season, these are the five drivers we've lost:

11) Max Verstappen
12) Pierre Gasly
13) Sergio Perez
14) Alex Albon
15) Yuki Tsunoda

Verstappen does not like this track. He could also get a penalty for impeding Tsunoda. I cannot see him winning tomorrow.

Well, we haven't seen Red Bull like this for quite some time. Zero chance that Max gets anywhere near P1, so that's the streak gone. Only just got that record in last week. Should make for a really interesting race though.

Stroll not racing today after his crash yesterday.

Stroll not racing today after his crash yesterday.
Not surprising that was a big hit, the movement of his head was pretty scary.

Ferrari split strategy. Have they got something right for a change

Tsunoda out again without completing a lap.
