On Truth Social, President Donald Trump has used expletive language in a social media post to call on Iran to let ships through the Strait of Hormuz.

He announced that Tuesday will be "power plant day and bridge day all wrapped up in one in Iran" - presumably a reference to his threats to destroy Iranian infrastructure.

He continues: "Open the Fuckin' Strait, you crazy bastards, or you'll be living in Hell - JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah. President DONALD J. TRUMP"

While an end to the war is to be celebrated, we shouldn't forget who caused this.

The cynic in me is that this is a ruse. Spike inflation with a war, end the war and then spread a narrative that you are responsible for falling prices.

I fully expect the US to fall for this shit.
