Well I'd like to think some progress will be made. It's too important a subject just to give up on. We don't have a world government so action can only be reached by consensus. Yes there will be a lot of showboating, but that's part of setting the scene for the negatiations.

Good in theory but terrible in practice. Just think of all the air miles that everyone is racking up just to get there.
No show by China and Russia, the greatest polluters! We are a tiny island, personally, I don't think whatever we do will make a scrap of difference!
