How do you normally deal with stress? Me? I usually take a step back, maybe close my eyes for a few minutes, or try to get lost in a game if I'm able to do so.

I tend to try and distract myself by listening to music, watching TV and going to the gym.

I go to the gym too, exercise helps a lot I find. It's also good to talk about the things that cause the stress & anxiety.

I don't cope with stress so well anymore, and will often get rundown and sick.. Hence being back on anti-depressants, I guess! :cautious:

I go away from everything and everyone. Take a quiet moment, preferably in the fresh air, take a few deep breaths and try to shut my brain up.

I have had some of the darkest "mood swings" due to stress and depression, depending on the severity I've usually stayed offline for days but sometimes weeks and in some cases months as I've locked myself away and refocussed. More often on not I try to rechannel any negative energy into positive by increasing my exercise levels and it usually works.
