Dinner or Tea? Poll

Saw this being debated on another site.



I call it dinner myself but Mrs Pinion calls it tea, like "what you want for tea tonight?"

What do you call the main meal you eat in the evening?

I use both

If I'm going out for a meal then it is dinner but if I'm in the house it is tea

Always been called dinner for me but I do know people who refer to it as "tea" and "tea-time"
