Favourite Biscuit Food & Recipes

I'm sitting at my computer sipping on a cuppa black coffee and munching on my favourite biscuits, a couple of McVite's Digestives. I love them, either plain or with a little bit of butter on them.

If you have a favourite biscuit, what would it be?

Used to be chocolate digestives butI maybe only eat about a packet of biscuits a year. I mostly eat cereal bars now.

Do Freddos count? I love Freddos!

Mine would probably be Borders Plain Chocolate & Ginger cookies but I don't eat biscuits very often either.
