I think they may be beating themselves up over that performance. They haven't posted anything on social media, which is strange sinceit was such a big event. It wasn't a terrible performance, but some people are always quick to pick up on any imperfection. They should be commended for singing it with no auto-tune or correction.

Ejae has admitted she is a perfectionist, she will be giving herself the hardest time over this.

I'm not sure if it was a crack or if she missed the note. A small mistake but it takes nothing away from the performance, imo. They were perfect other than that. No lip sync, no autotune. It was still a great performance.

It was bound to happen at some point. Probably a combination of exhaustion and nerves, not to mention it being a ridiculously high note. The rest of the song was perfectly delivered.

She's a great talent.

I've watched the BAFTAs performance, yes, there was a slight mistake at the beginning, but she was perfect throughout the rest of the song, so that was great recovery and control, and she nailed the highest note at the end. Mistakes can happen, but I'd rather see and hear the imperfections of a live performance than lip-syncing any day of the week.

I had to stop reading the comments on YouTube because of the stupidity of the haters - everything from the way they looked, they can't sing, the cover versions are better, the British audience is dead - even though the audience was full of international, world-renowned actors, why can't they sing other songs...the hate goes on and on but thankfully it is just a minority.

These girls have been great. Their story, especially Ejae's is remarkable. The film is fantastic and has so many different layers to it that almost everyone can relate to it in some way.

I can't help but be impressed with this woman, she glows in every interview, not just a great talent but a lovely human.
