New trailer! Kinda weird that in the moments we see from the stunt we know Cruise did for real - the motorbike driven off the cliff - the masking of the ramp and other safety structures with CGI have made it look fake, lol. All the CGI is a bit ropey, if I'm honest. So hopefully they haven't over-brushed the wires on this one.

This was so much fun. I don't think it's quite as good as 6 (which I saw as a perfect action movie), but the weight of the action sequences, the way that every set-piece escalates beyond how you think it will, it's just a tonne of fun. Exactly what the cinema should be for.

Loved it.

Saw it last night and I was a bit underwhelmed tbh. I'd rank it as one of the weaker entries in the series.

The action sequences were very impressive for sure but there was bit of same-ness about them…we've seen car chases and train-top fight scenes before, both in this series and in recent Bond's. My wife sitting next to me was bored, particularly in the drawn-out middle section.

I felt that I didn't care much for many of the characters, the interaction between Ethan and his team wasn't as fun as previous films and I felt it lacked a good charismatic bad guy that some of the other entries have had.

That said, as a stand-alone movie in its own right it is very good. Just not to the standard of the previous couple of entries.

The film is great, pure action. I think the fact you know the stunts are real elevates it further than if they were CGI

Have been a fan of the franchise over the years and this is another solid entry imho. Maybe not as slick or coherent as the previous two but ticked all the boxes for me.

The train sequence was excellent, and the other stunts, chases etc were well-executed and good fun.

Bit too silly in parts for my liking, trailer gave me the impression of a more serious film. Still enjoyed it though, decent entertainment.

Enjoyed it but did anyone else find the the whole AI plot fairly muddled and complex? More than the usual plots.

Definitely the weakest of the last few in the series but I suppose it is only half a movie. Not sure it needed near on 3 hours aswell, some scenes and dialogue overly long.

I'll be honest I nearly switched it off at the point where the car chase took place in Italy.

It did get much better though and was quite enjoyable but not as good as the last few in the franchise.

Absolute garbage.

Other than the bike jumping over a cliff stunt, there's nothing that redeems this movie from being a lame sequel that offers nothing new. Ridiculous plot that makes no sense, actions that has been done in similar fashion before, lame comedy content and an boring length makes for a very disappointing sequel.

The first time I saw this, I thought it dragged a bit. I rewatched it recently, and I actually really enjoyed it.
