Have you ever followed through with a New Year's resolution?

I don't make any, mainly because I know I wouldn't see them through.

My resolutions for last year was to eat healthier, exercise more, and maybe get a new pet.

I managed all 3

Last year I wanted to find at least one new way to mitigate stress/anxiety.

I think I've managed that pretty well through some online coaching apps, reading some books and with some help and ideas from Janey

This year I want to cultivate a stronger "body neutrality" mindset.
