As a standalone story, it was fine, but as a continuation of the series it was very poor. They removed too many characters (some not even mentioned), ditched too many storylines and didn't show Tommy's ruthlessness enough. The single scene in the garrison wasn't enough. The villain was also the least intimidating one in the entire series. Should be the opposite.

I watched it last night, it was fine, enjoyable enough, but nothing mind-blowing. As a film, it was 3 stars out of 5, whereas the show itself is 5 stars out of 5.

It could've been much better. The plot itself would be perfect for a full series of the show instead of just a one off film. Really, they should've just done a 7th series instead of the film.
