I can't see West Brom or Fulham having the quality to stay in the league and I think West Ham will struggle again - they will replace their manager at some point in the season but they still won't have enough to stay up.
At the top, I can see Man City winning the league from Liverpool but the top 4 will be closer than it has been for the past few seasons as Chelsea and Man United close the gap after good transfer windows.

I can't see Liverpool maintaining the form they showed pre-lockdown but I can see City playing at a very high standard - a lot depends on the City defence and not conceding poor goals. Chelsea and Man United should get closer to the top 2 this year. If all the Chelsea new boys click into place they may mount a serious title challenge.
