So to me, it pretty much felt like a remake/ripoff of Battle Beyond the Stars which was a remake of The Magnificent Seven which itself was a remake of Seven Samurai.

Collect a band of heroes to save the day.

Visually it is stunning but that can't save it from being a terrible film.

I stopped around the 45 minute mark, I think it was the protagonist recounting her past.

I might try to finish it but I found it cliched and tedious. Dialogue was horrible.
