Star Wars Outlaws shows off some more gameplay at Ubisoft Forward

We've just gotten a fresh look at Star Wars Outlaws ahead of its arrival of August 30, via some more gameplay shown during tonight's Ubisoft Forward showcase.

The game looks great, and that's a good thing for Ubisoft, because this is the French publisher's first time working with the series, and it has a lot to prove. Whether it was the on-the-ground cutting about in dusty towns, or the very authentic space combat when she took to the skies in her ship, the game seems to be firing on all cylinders.

Assassin's Creed Shadows gets a massive 12 minute gameplay trailer

Assassin's Creed Shadows was given the proper treatment earlier during Ubisoft Forward, after weeks of teasers and brief trailers.

Following a quick tease at the Xbox Showcase yesterday, Ubisoft Forward had the real deal when it comes to Assassin's Creed Shadows gameplay. As part of the presentation, we got treated to some new footage of the stealth-action game.

There's a lot to see in the new trailer, with over 12 minutes of gameplay revealed for the game. First up, there's some exploration in the rural-cum-urban hub of Fukuchiyama, before Yasuke –the bruiser Samurai – gets into some combat with a brigand that warns him off. Next, we get a cinematic between Naoe (female, more stealh protag) and Yasuke. This segues nicely into some Naoe Shinobi Stealth-based action, where we see the more shadow-y side of it all crack off. Then, there's a Naoe escape-based sequence, before – finally – it all wraps up with an open-world sizzle reel.

XDefiant season one revealed at Ubisoft Forward

XDefiant has just played its part in tonight's Ubisoft Forward showcase, bringing some FPS fun to proceedings by showing off a teaser for its first season.

XDefiant Season 1 kicks off on July 2, and will introduce a new faction, new maps, more weapons, and a Ranked playlist when it launches. If youp lay XDefiant before June 12 at 12pm PT, you will nab yourself free exclusive rewards!.
