Watched it the other night with my wife, I say we watched it, she spent most of it on her phone.....

I've deleted my social media accounts one by one over the last 2 years and have found that it's a bit shocking how many of my friends fall for fake news or share without giving it a moments thought as to if it's real or not.

Anyway, I thought the documentary was very good, would like to hear thoughts from others who may have seen it.

Watched this a few weeks ago, quite a good documentary though it could have done without the needless dramatisation of the young lad, which I assume was done in order to reach kids on the same level.

Scary stuff overall, most of the techniques employed by Facebook et al. I was already aware of but I was surprised at just how many insiders they had willing to sit down and criticise the whole industry.

One of the reasons I create communities is because of my dislike of social media and all the drama, fake news and bullshit that happens.

I have noticed how many of my friends just don't use Facebook anymore, most still have it but barely post or bother with it - I wonder in time if people will simply just get bored of social media
