People who park at the entrance to neighbourhood shops entirely blocking the entrance for everyone else because they are too bone idle to park in one of the 50 free spaces 10 feet away and walk to the shop.
People driving with dogs in their laps. Incredibly stupid and dangerous, and I've seen it twice in the past two days.
