Just had an email from Groupon for an offer on Xmas decorations. FFS 
Cafés with staff who lack initiative. The ideal time to mention what is the daily sandwich special is when you hand us the menu. Not 10 minutes later when you come over to ask "are you ready to order?" And not knowing the answer when asked shows a shocking lack of preparation. "I'll just check with the kitchen". FFS.
