Some of the CGI looks well dodgy to me in the trailer.

However it looks great fun and Thor with the GotG is a great mix.

I wouldn't say I'm a huge Marvel fan but I find most of the movies enjoyable enough. There are still loads of films I need to catch up on. But I do think Thor Ragnarok made the Thor universe much more interesting/enjoyable. Really looking forward to this.

Overall I enjoyed it. I thought Portman was great as Mighty Thor, and I like the chemistry between her and Hemsworth.

There were some great moments visually with the shadow realm being a highlight, and the GnR soundtrack was perfect for the action scenes.

Bale as Gorr was great but there wasn't enough of him.

Finally got to see it over the weekend. Not going to lie, I was actually irritated by the first 2/3rds of the film.

Gorr was underutilised and that's a shame.

I thought it was an about average MCU film, nothing more. Hemsworth and Portman were decent and Bale was excellent.

A second watch did it no favours. What a waste of not one, but two great Thor stories. And a great villain along with a brilliant actor playing him.

The goats was great. The rest of it was crap. Ragnarok was amazing. We needed more of that and not the love story nonsense. Very disappointed.
