Tom Brady's Winning Mentality at Birmingham City

Tom Brady is a winner. But how much of his journey to the pinnacle of American football could prepare him for a non-playing role in the lower divisions of the English soccer?

The post is engaging and provides insightful connections between Brady's principles and their application in English football, though it could benefit from slightly more detailed analysis on specific examples of how these changes are being implemented.

Tom Brady, arguably the GOAT of the NFL, is now part‑owner of Birmingham City. He's bringing his winning mentality to the Championship side to get them back into the Premier League.

In the Amazon Prime doc Built in Birmingham: Brady & the Blues, Brady basically says there's no difference between American football and soccer when it comes to the principles of success - hard work, discipline, and the right mindset. He's been pretty direct about players needing to change their work ethic, even calling some "lazy and entitled" earlier in the season. That ruffled feathers, but you can't deny he's passionate about turning things around.

The season's been a rollercoaster - John Eustace sacked, Wayne Rooney in (and then out), and now Chris Davies at the helm, who Brady seems to rate highly for his intensity and no‑nonsense approach. On top of that, Brady's also bringing in his own ideas about nutrition, conditioning, and overall athlete care.

Do you think a winning mindset from the NFL can really translate into success in English football? Or is this just another ambitious ownership story that'll fade away?

The decision, whoever made it, to fire Eustace and replace him with Rooney, was a ridiculous one. They got relegated as a result of that decision. Chris Davies did an amazing job in leading them straight back to the Championship with a record 111 points.

Not sure how much input Brady has in the overall decision process, so it might be an interesting documentary to watch.

I watched the first episode. Considering it's executively produced by himself, he comes across quite poorly. Seems to struggle to strike a rapport with anyone. When he's telling the players to go "kick ass" and some of them nervously laugh and look at each other, is just so awkward.
