Armando Broja might be good. He might be capable of scoring goals at a high level. There's been scarce evidence of it in his time in the PL so far. A club would need to be pretty brave to bet the house on him with the fee he'll cost.

Tosin Adarabioyo will have a medical at Chelsea next week before signing a long-term contract. The Fulham defender is set to join the Blues on a free transfer when his contract expires at the end of June.

Newcastle also wanted Tosin, 26, but he could not turn down Chelsea, who need a centre-back after Thiago Silva's departure.

Tosin worked with incoming Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca at Manchester City.

I can see De Bruyne moving, his level has definitely dropped and he has been more injury-prone over the past two years.

I think it was telling that he was taken off in the FA Cup Final. City needed goals to get back into the game and you would have thought a player with his reknowned creativity would have been the last player to be sacrificed.

Borussia Dortmund are in talks with Chelsea over the permanent signing of defender Ian Maatsen.

Maatsen signed a new contract at Chelsea last summer until 2026, before joining Dortmund on loan in January.

Maatsen's Chelsea contract is understood to contain a £35m release clause. Dortmund want to negotiate on the price.
