I like Aston Villa's signing of Morgan Sanson from Marseille. He's a clever player. Plenty of quality in Villa's midfield now.

Jesse Lingard has joined West Ham on loan from Man United until the end of the season.

Hardly a shock that no one wants to spend and it's hard to assume things will change greatly in the summer - I'd not be shocked if many of the more expensive transfers were essentially swap deals.

Not sure about these two signings, Kabak may turn out to be inspired but Schalke are bottom of the Bundesliga and conceded more than 40 goals so their defence doesn't seem great. They had to do something though with the news that Matip is now also out for the season.
