I enjoyed the first season. It wasn't spectacular but the last few episodes were incomparably better than the first few though which were awful and completely inconsistent in quality and I am looking forward to the second season which looks impressive.

Really enjoyed the second season, it was much easier to follow than the previous one. Not sure I care about the greater political landscape with the whole elves etc. But when it is focused on Geralt/Ciri/Yen it is really good. Ideally they push the politics further into the background, and focus more on the individuals going into the third season

I thought it was really good and it's definitely one of my favourite series in recent years. Personally, I think I preferred season 1, even if it was hard to follow at times. My biggest gripe in season two was the portrayal of the Witchers. They just didn't come over very funny/likeable and they came over better in the video games. Still can't wait for season 3.

This is disappointing. Not a lot of confidence in Liam Hemsworth although he is a lot younger, so they might get more out of him.

A new trailer for the upcoming third season of the show has just been revealed at Summer Game Fest.

Its official synopsis reads, "As monarchs, mages, and beasts of the Continent compete to capture her, Geralt takes Ciri into hiding, determined to protect his newly-reunited family against those who threaten to destroy it."

"Entrusted with Ciri's magical training, Yennefer leads them to the protected fortress of Aretuza, where they hope to uncover more about the girl's untapped powers; instead, they discover they've landed in a battlefield of political corruption, dark magic, and treachery. They must fight back, put everything on the line – or risk losing each other forever."
