Incredible if Biden doesn't need PA, NC AND GA
Taking Georgia and Pennsylvania would be a massive benefit to putting it beyond a challenge from Trump.

NC is a step too far.

I think a conservative Supreme Court, with a Republican Senate, would accept four years of a limited Democrat President. Conservative string-pullers have got what they want (SC for years), and Trump's a liability they'd probably like rid of.

I don't think Biden is a great candidate, but it is essential that he wins. It will be the first step in tackling this dreadful madness.

Ah, the first tweet of the day from Trump. He alleges electoral fraud, again. He's worried.

Ilhan Omar re-elected in MN by 40 points. Delighted for her after the bile she's been subject to over the last 2 years.

This could go on for days or weeks yet. The count should be finished tomorrow or Friday at the latest but with both sides prepared to use the courts then it may be a while yet before a victor is declared.

Interesting to see what the other Republicans do. If Trump is a goner they don't want to be associated with this shit.

Hopefully they will all get back to governing their country.

Watched some Sean Hannity for a laugh last night. Talking up about Trump and his appeal among 'working class' voters and what he's done for the Republican Party but it does sound more like a eulogy than a celebration.

Fox is an awful channel. Lara (sp) Ingraham on now, still pushing Trump propaganda and how he's out for the 'little guy'. Haven't seen much of her before but to say she's a Trump sycophant is an understatement. Needed to turn it off in the end.

I'm cautiously optimistic that Biden has this won but it will be tight and there will be legal challenges so it could ramble on for a few weeks or months yet.

Trump is desperate now. It reminds me of leaders of Eastern European countries in the 1980/90s trying to cling to power by any means possible.

Not been following this but it is hard to avoid as it is dominating the news.

It is looking like a Biden win but still very close so who knows. so, what is Trump's actual end game here? He wants votes stopped in States he is leading but where he is behind he wants them to continue counting? Will he ever concede or is it going to the Supreme Court?

Am I alone in still having a nervous feeling that Trump will still somehow squeak this by winning Arizona, Georgia and Pennsylvania?

Just can't shake it, really hope not.
