Donald Trump has accused the FDA and Democrats of holding back a Covid-19 vaccine until after the election.

Mr Trump took to Twitter to attack his opponents and accuse them of manipulating the virus response to harm his re-election chances.

Unbelievable. Do Americans actually believe this shit?

If the reports about him wanting to get rid of the FBI and CIA directors are true then it's time to be very, very worried.

Dread to think of what the next few weeks/months will bring.

I think Trump has merely held a mirror up to most of America, and finally they realise who they are. Whatever "Trumpism" is defined as, wasnt created by Trump. Dividing their country by race\religion and money is what America has been since Washington was a boy.

Spot on. Trump is a symptom not a cause. Although he has escalated the problem.

For example, Joe Bloggs seems cheerful and agreeable etc but posts the most vile disgusting racist misogynistic rubbish on Facebook and social media.

These people never went away, they were always there but as society has inched its way to being more inclusive they knew they had to keep their mouths shut if they wanted to keep their job etc.

Now they believe they have the freedom to let loose with their true feelings without penalty, the internet gives them a "community" where they can feel like they're not alone, they're part of a bigger brotherhood of bigots.

I am starting to believe that Trump is determined to take as many Americans down with him as he can. It's the only way that you can explain his refusal to accept reality at this stage. It's disgusting, but not unexpected unfortunately.

I honestly hope he gets sued into oblivion and gets his comeuppance so he won't be in any position to try a repeat of his shit in 2024. He's doing enough damage as it is and certainly is well overdue for some karmic adjustments

As expected, Trump has announced a full pardon for his former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.

Will Twitter ban him?

From the article:

"Warning labels and fact checks have not stopped President Trump from continuing to spread conspiracy theories and use violent rhetoric on Twitter, but after Inauguration Day, those kinds of tweets could land the outgoing president in hot water, and eventually cause him to be banned by the platform, a Twitter spokesperson told Forbes.
