Manchester City's Omar Marmoush is set to undergo a medical at Tottenham Hotspur after the two sides agreed a loan deal for the forward that includes an obligation to buy.

The obligation will be worth a guaranteed £50million with £10m due in add-ons, £5m of which are guaranteed. The Egypt international is set to sign a four-year contract in north London with the option of an additional season.

Nottingham Forest have agreed a club-record fee for Chelsea striker Liam Delap.

An agreement has been struck which, if all progresses as hoped, will see Forest pay at least £45million (€52m) for the 23-year-old, who only moved to Stamford Bridge a year ago.

A lot of money from a player who yet to prove himself as a top level player.

Newcastle United have agreed a deal with Manchester City for midfielder Nico Gonzalez.

The Tyneside club are set to pay £48million up front and around £4m in potential add-ons, for the 24-year-old, who has been given permission to travel to Newcastle for a medical.

Manchester City have reached an agreement with Lille for the signing of Morocco midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi.

The deal consists of an initial €95million plus €5million in potential add-ons.

Bouaddi is set to join on a contract through to 2031, with the option of a further 12 months.

I'm not sure why they are concentrating on their midfield. If Haaland picks up an injury and is out for any amount of time they have very little in the way of quality that can step in.

Who is going to miss out in midfield? If they sign Enzo Fernandez, you would imagine he will start, as Maresca liked him from his time managing Chelsea.

So, Anderson, Fernandez, Semenyo, Bouaddi - and one from Doku, Foden, Kovacic.

Their defence isn't great either.

Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Aston Villa's Emiliano Martinez.

The two sides have agreed a fee worth £7.5million for the goalkeeper, who is set to sign a two-year contract at Stamford Bridge with the option to extend his deal by an additional 12 months.

Nottingham Forest have agreed a deal to sign wing-back Daniel Munoz from Crystal Palace.

On Thursday, Forest made an offer which was being considered by Palace. However, the two clubs have now agreed on a deal worth £22million.

Munoz, 30, has been granted permission to undergo a medical before completing the transfer.

Liverpool has officially signed French forward Bradley Barcola from Paris Saint-Germain for a fee that could reach £123 million. The deal includes an initial payment of £106 million, with an additional £17 million in potential add-ons. Barcola, who has signed a five-year contract, is the fifth player to join Liverpool this summer.
