"Today, we're celebrating this wonderful milestone with 10 days of activities for the PlayStation community. It's also our way of saying thanks to players everywhere for supporting us in this new era for PlayStation Plus.

First off, we have very exciting news for PlayStation Plus Premium members. We're currently testing cloud streaming for supported PS5 games – this includes PS5 titles from the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog and Game Trials, as well as supported digital PS5 titles that players own. When this feature launches, cloud game streaming for supported PS5 titles will be available for use directly on your PS5 console. That means as a Premium member, it'll be easier to jump into your favorite games without downloading them first onto your PS5 console. Our goal is to add this as an additional benefit to PlayStation Plus Premium as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the value of PlayStation Plus."

PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for September. Black Desert – Traveler Edition and Generation Zero​

It's a new month, with a new lineup of PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for September. The Monthly Games lineup of Saints Row, Black Desert – Traveler Edition and Generation Zero will be available to PlayStation Plus members from Tuesday, September 5 until Monday, October 2.

The PS Plus October Essential games have been confirmed by Sony, with the October line up having a suitably scary and weird feel.

The three games that will be available to all PS Plus subscribers, available on both PS4 and PS5 from October 3rd, are:

Weird West's rotating multi-character perspective will be an acquired taste, but makes sense as a method of world-building. It's got room to grow, but right now, it's challenging to build momentum in the early game and to persevere through the mid-game.

PS Plus Game Catalogue (October) - Gotham Knights, Disco Elysium The Final Cut, Alien Isolation & More

These are not all the titles but only some of them. The official announcement is out on Wednesday and I will update the post accordingly.

Gotham Knights

The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes
The third title in The Dark Pictures Anthology horror game series, House of Ashes takes us to Iraq towards the end of the war. While special forces are searching for weapons of mass destruction, they come across a Sumerian temple filled with creatures. Survival horror and interactive film type , your choices will influence the progress of the game.

Disco Elysium The Final Cut
Role-playing game developed and published by the ZA/UM studio, the title was released in 2019 on PC then in 2021 in a definitive version The Final Cut on consoles and PC. You will play an amnesiac police officer about to investigate a murder. The game's gameplay focuses much more on dialogues, where you have a multitude of choices to shape the game's character the way you want.

Far: Changing Tides
Successor to Far: Lone Sails, this game will immerse you, almost literally, in an adventure aboard a ship piloted by a young boy that you will play as. You will have to solve enigmatic puzzles to advance in the game. The title was released in 2022 on PC and consoles, it was developed by the independent studio Okomotive.
