For the chicken marinade​

• 75g low-fat natural yoghurt
• 3-inch piece ginger, finely chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 red chilli, finely chopped
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp ground turmeric
