What is there for this weekend, Hamilton's title if he finished pretty much anywhere in the points. Hopefully, with the lack of knowledge at the track we will get some entertainment thrown in with some racing.

Today was one of the more interesting FP sessions. Nothing bad happened just so many laps put in and decent mix up on the time sheets.

Red Bull look pretty on point, Ferrari weren't too bad either. Mercedes took a lot of time to come up the timesheet and even with it been just an FP session, Alpha Tauri again that car just seems to work at every track.

Renault, McLaren, Racing Point all looked a little bit lost, so the battle for third in the constructors is going to interesting if Qualifying was to follow on from this FP session

The weather is causing havoc with qualifying.

Hopefully there will be rain for the race tomorrow!!

Lance Stroll is on pole!!!

That was a brilliant qualifying session for him. His reaction to him claiming the pole was fantastic.

I was thinking that while watching the highlights on Channel 4 earlier this afternoon that this session was going to be anyone's game because of the wet conditions being forecast for the whole weekend. It really is incredible to see Racing Point get a pole position in Istanbul. I would never expected it otherwise. The race tomorrow will be very interesting.

Well that was one crazy qualifying session. I hope the race tomorrow is just as crazy and that Lewis Hamilton if he finishes does not make the podium. In fact I want to see Perez win, Albon 2nd and Raikkonen in 3rd. That would be awesome put probably highly unlikely. I just want to see 3 new faces on the podiums tomorrow no Hamilton, no Bottas and no Verstappen would be great.

This is going to be one of the most unpredictable Grand Prix in years. It really could go any way. The Red Bull looked rubbish on inters so let's see what happens.
