So weird seeing the Red Bull do so badly. It looks fecking awful here. Almost pointless racing in it. Max is just going backward.

Not sure. They should as most of the cars are just cruising at the moment.
If everyone else's hard tyres end up as bad as Max and Sergio's are right now, this could be carnage.

It should terrify the whole grid though, how bad the hards look after 25 laps on the Red Bull
It seems the real issue was around reheating and then after the safety car. I suspect all these cars on hards should be OK. And even if not they're all in the same boat unless Max is about to make up like 50 seconds or whatever it is.
