I'm hopeful McLaren have closed the gap. But my gut tells me this is just Red Bull not suiting this track / not got their setup correct.
Bit of both, but the good news is McLaren will be able to capitalise more whenever RB are not on their game. Also should be competitive with Ferrari all season rather than being solidly third like the first 5 races.
