Anybody watching this on BBC 1? Quite scary how something like that could happen in the UK.

A good opening episode, excellent acting all round. I shall watch the remaining two with interest.

Really interesting to see how it all played out.

It feels like it was made by people who normally do documentaries, I mean that as a compliment.

I enjoyed this. I thought the final episode was a tough watch. Can't imagine what the families were going through or the people of Salisbury for that matter.

It was a nice touch to feature the real-life people whose lives were affected at the end of the final episode.

Pretty good I thought, the news only dealt with the politics of the event, the people were only covered when complaining about businesses being closed and the like. Those most affected other than the Skripals (who are now in New Zealand) were never heard from really.

Finished watching it yesterday on iPlayer. I thought it was excellent, the 3rd episode was quite emotional. The acting was terrific.

In real-life, it all got swept under the carpet rather quickly didn't it? I can't remember what punishment Russia received for this tbh.

It was a very interesting programme. Another episode focusing on the investigation and identification of the perpetrators wouldn't have gone amiss.

One of the things that went through my mind was how good our NHS is, as if anyone needed reminding. This was one of the most toxic substances in the world, and yet Salisbury hospital - no disrespect, but a fairly run of the mill NHS hospital, not a world-beating research centre - kept 4 out of 5 victims alive, and the fifth was compromised by (a) the dose and (b) her former lifestyle.

It also makes me angry what COVID 19 would have done to the country if our NHS wasn't as good as it is.
