Ubisoft has announced that Assassin's Creed Unity has received a free next-gen upgrade to 60FPS (frames per-second) on Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S.

The recent announcement regarding the upgrade has generated considerable discussion among gamers. This enhancement promises to elevate the experience for both new and returning players.

While Unity previously benefited from Xbox's FPS Boost, allowing it to run at 60 frames per second, the latest upgrade focuses on improving performance on the Series X and S. Notably, the game maintains its 60FPS gameplay and retains Auto HDR support, which enhances the visual experience.

However, there's a bit of ambiguity surrounding the resolution. According to some sources, there are claims that the game has been upgraded to a 4K resolution, while others suggest it remains at a base resolution of 900p with upscaling.
