I dunno. It's a very particular type that worked in the games at the time. I assume it's just gonna be a generic action movie so I don't think we need to worry too much about the humour being game accurate, or even similar. I don't expect much from it tbh, and I expect Cate Blanchett and Jamie Lee Curtis to be the only good things.
