EA emphasises that while they want to reduce repetitive tasks, they're not removing meaningful decisions from the gameplay. Players will now be able to select eligible items from their Club without the constraints of Chemistry or position requirements, contributing to a score based on overall rating and rarity, similar to the FUT Gallery scoring system.

Moreover, the game will introduce more player choices and improved planning tools with the Pathways feature in Evolutions. This means players can explore multiple options for improving their players, such as enhancing dribbling or defensive ratings, rather than being locked into a single path.

Yeah, trying new things shouldn't be frowned upon - the execution and whole point is shocking, but games should at least try new things - I'd just rather they tried new things with the actual football game.

That's the problem with FIFA, its been the exact same game for about 8 years.
