No real surprise there, well deserved.
He can win it three more times, he qualifies as a young player under the current criteria in 2020/21, 2021/22 and 2022/23 seasons

Jurgen Klopp has been named Manager of the Season 2019/20. No real surprise there either. Liverpool were outstanding all season, particularly before the lockdown postponement.

Kevin De Bruyne has been crowned the Premier League Player of the Season.

A worthy winner and right now the only thing at City that is reliable (in a good way)

Yep no complaints about that, he's playing at an incredibly high level every game

The shortlists for the 2019-20 PFA Awards have belatedly been announced, and unsurprisingly Premier League champions Liverpool are well represented

Men's PFA Players' Player of the Year: Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool), Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City), Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool), Jordan Henderson (Liverpool), Sadio Mané (Liverpool), Raheem Sterling (Manchester City).

Men's PFA Young Player of the Year: Tammy Abraham (Chelsea), Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool), Mason Greenwood (Manchester United), Mason Mount (Chelsea), Marcus Rashford (Manchester United), Bukayo Saka (Arsenal).

The PFA Awards will be announced on Tuesday 8th September.

Do you agree with the nominations? Who do you think has been unlucky to miss out?

If the question is best footballer, it has to be Kevin De Bruyne.

But, when you look at the way Liverpool play with and without Henderson, it seems that leadership, that desire, that passion (and every other cliche you can think of) really has to be considered. He's also a much better player than people give him credit for. He really does control the tempo of games.

My vote would go to Henderson

Hard to really argue with any of the Player's Player choices, although I do find the adulation of Henderson as an individual to be a bit much.

Young Player, I would remove Abraham and Mount, both very good at times but faded badly.

Has to be Kevin De Bruyne as PotY and Trent Alexander-Arnold for the young award.
